As the first point of contact at Cognostic, Lydia hopes to provide a warm and welcoming environment to Dr. Wong and Dr. Yu's clients. She is proficient in assisting clients in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.

 

Lydia has three years of customer service experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Business Management. She is a friendly person and always prepares to assist clients and colleagues alike. She values empathy, honesty and inclusivity.
