Lydia brings over ten years of customer service experience and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business Management. She has supported clients at our office for the past four years and is known for her friendly demeanor and inclusive approach in working with both clients and colleagues.
Lydia's primary responsibilities include supporting office administrators, coordinating assessment bookings, and facilitating client referrals. Lydia ensures a smooth scheduling process and provides clear, accurate information to families seeking psychological assessment services.
Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), Lydia communicates effectively with a diverse client base and responds attentively to their individual needs.
PRISCILLA WONG, BA
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
As the Office Administrator at Cognostic, Priscilla is primarily tasked with responding to inquiries and assisting clients by providing clear information about assessment services. Priscilla previously worked in retail, where she developed strong customer service skills. In addition, she has experience in psycho-art education media production, where she created educational and promotional content focused on children’s intellectual development and mental health awareness.

Priscilla holds a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, where she developed organizational and time management skills that support her responsibilities in reception, answering calls, and handling administrative tasks with care and efficiency. She is committed to providing thoughtful and responsive support to clients and their families throughout the assessment process.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Priscilla provides multilingual support to ensure all clients feel informed, comfortable, and supported from the very beginning.
JOCELYN WEI, BA
PART-TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Jocelyn works in the office part-time, supporting a range of administrative tasks. With a background in office administration and over 10 years of customer service experience. Jocelyn is passionate about fostering a positive work culture and creating a welcoming environment for clients.
Jocelyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Counselling, which equips her with effective communication skills and prepares her to assist psychologists and speech therapists at Cognostic. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Jocelyn is always ready to assist clients with their questions and provide support in a welcoming and professional manner.
